Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

Certain types of orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit:

Purchases made through retail locations  
Items ordered that were placed during a promotion (i.e. Black Friday, Prime Day, BOGO deals, etc.)

Order Processing

TDE’s dedicated Customer SpaceBev X Team works hard to process orders, so every order is processed within 45 minutes after we receive it.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED 

Order Edits & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or cancelled. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address. 
*Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping address and quantities ordered are correct. 

Order Acceptance and Shipping 

By placing an order, you acknowledge that it constitutes an offer to purchase the products or services listed in your order, subject to these Policies. All orders require our acceptance, and we reserve the sole discretion to decline any order for any reason. Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email containing your order number and details of the items ordered. A binding contract for the sale of goods or services is formed only when you receive this order confirmation email. You may cancel your order at any time before the order confirmation email is sent by contacting our Customer Service Department at 561-473-1500.

All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as detailed in your order confirmation email. Price adjustments apply only to orders placed after the changes are made. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added to your order total and itemized in both your shopping cart and confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or other inaccuracies in any offers.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are at our sole discretion, and unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment must be made before your order is accepted. We accept all major credit cards for purchases. By submitting your payment, you represent and warrant that:
1. The credit card information provided is accurate, complete, and valid.
2. You are authorized to use the credit card for the transaction.
3. Charges incurred will be honored by your credit card provider.
4. You will pay all charges incurred, including taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for shipment of your products, but for orders outside the United States, we reserve the right to either refuse shipping or require you to arrange for shipment. Please refer to the specific product page for delivery options. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges specified during the checkout process. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the products. Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for shipping delays.
