Returns and Refunds
Unless otherwise designated as non-returnable, products may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, within 30 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from www.trumpdriveenergy.com. We cannot process returns or provide prepaid labels for purchases made through third-party retailers.
To initiate a return, contact us at 561-473-1500 or email customercare@spacebevx.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
You are responsible for shipping and handling costs for returned items. You also assume the risk of loss during return shipment. For your protection, we recommend ensuring your return shipment and using a carrier that provides proof of delivery.
Refunds will be initiated within 24-72 hours of your refund request and are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after we receive the returned merchandise. Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS DESIGNATED AS NON-RETURNABLE ON THE SITE.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions

Order Edits & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited or cancelled. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address.*Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping address and quantities ordered are correct.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as detailed in your order confirmation email. Price adjustments apply only to orders placed after the changes are made. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be added to your order total and itemized in both your shopping cart and confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or other inaccuracies in any offers.

Shipping and Delivery
We will arrange for shipment of your products, but for orders outside the United States, we reserve the right to either refuse shipping or require you to arrange for shipment.
